Maya is getting so big, sometimes I hardly recognize her.

Snow Day!
It started to snow as Maya and I were coming home from work/school, and by 9:30 pm, it actually covered the ground. This almost never happens here!

Sneaking Snacks
Maya devised a very strategic way to get to the potato chips on the counter. She pushed the step ladder through the kitchen, honed in on the exact spot, and climbed right up. Time to watch what we keep on the counter...or hide the step ladder.

We came home to a big mess, but things eventually returned to normal.
Stranded in New Jersey
Our trip home was delayed by Hurricane Ike, so we spent three days in a New Jersey hotel room. Maya did her best to entertain herself.
